		<description>Possibly more to do with dampness than cold. As Renato pointed out, 65F is not cold, and I cannot see that such a small fluctuation in temperature would make a difference. However, if the weather also becomes damp at the same time as it becomes cold, that may be making a difference.</description>

I get the same TV reception here whether it is 90 or -50 outside...</description>
