It is important not to breathe in the very cold air, it can give you asthma very fast. The scarf is necessary. Also, I do not own a cell phone! AND, I agree with purchasing the very best winter coat, boots, hat that a person can afford. Thus, we can enjoy the cold instead of dreading it. We have the long eared fur hats here, I will try and find my brother-in-law, he looks very traditional in his hat, and I will take his picture. I agree with all of your points.
